2008 Custom R/P 6921m

MONEYPENNY is now available to purchase.

She is a R/P design that was built at McConaghy's in Sydney in 2008 as MONEYPENNY and then she was known as VANQUISH and then known as BAD PAK and then TRE BUCHET.. 

Over the years, she has had many impressive race results, that include 3rd overall Maxi worlds, 2008, 1st Stamford-Vineyard race in 2009, 3rd overall, Fastnet race, 2011, and then many top three places in California, between Mexico and Hawaii. Her sister ships have also been very successful as well.   

Under her previous ownership, she was also 1st in class and 1st overall in the 2016 Miami to Havana race.

Under her current owner, she has continued to rack up victory's winning the Sydney Blue water Points series,this past year,  as well as 1st in her class in the 2022 Sydney to Hobart race.

New sails in 2022, new engine and bottom in 2022, keel and bulb upgrades,  as well as a new water ballast system 

Having raced on this boat for many years under various owners and having sold this boat to her present owner, I can assure any serious buyer, that the boat is still a weapon and will give her next owner years of fun, out on the race course.
