Designed by Chuck Paine for it's first owner, an experienced sailor, Troll is a 58 ft aluminium trawler type motor boat of traditional look, capable of ocean crossing with a draft/clearance combination to navigate as well in the Bahamas as on the French canals. Her second owner, who has a rich history of sailing (racing) the worlds oceans, upgraded her and took her on a series of exceptional voyages, including Norway, Iceland, Canada, Bahama's, and Florida. Now, due to changing plans, she will be returning "home" to Elburg, where she can be visited again starting mid or end of May 2021.
Her long range characteristic, her outstanding behaviour at sea and the quality of the dutch building make her an exceptional boat.
