New On the Market!
If you love attention to detail this yacht is for you. She has returned to West Bay's boatyard where she was built in British Columbia for regular service and updates continually. Totally refit in 2009, and new as of July 2021 include a new bimini top, flybridge dash cover, hauled and inspected including cleaning the hull, new zincs and new bottom paint. Located at Cap Sante Marina, it is just a quick hop over to the San Juan Islands and beyond. Ready to go!
Stepping aboard the swim grid and through the transom door will put you in the large cockpit with new teak decking - large enough for entertainment, BBQing and perfect for fishing or just plain relaxing. Access to the engine room and lazzarette is through the large hydraulic hatches. There is also an aft control station and a new electric BBQ and sink. To port is the ladder up to the flybridge and there are easy steps both port and starboard to the wide side decks.
Two steps up and through the large double doors that also includes phantom screens, you enter the salon, with a custom u-shaped sofa, coffee table, barrel chairs, 2" wood blinds throughout and entertainment center - with all the goodies, pop-up TV lift system, Blue Ray DVD, Bell HDTV Sat Receiver, surround speaker system, power amp - and a new ice maker all in beautiful cherry wood with a satin finish and granite countertops. The yacht's refit included extensive updating to the interior appointments such as new fabrics, woodwork, granite countertops, and carpeting. The owners directed the yard to put the boat into the best condition possible.
Three more steps forward to the galley and pilothouse, where large windows let in plenty of natural light to let everyone have great visibility to the outside. The raised dinette table on the starboard side has seating for six and also affords a great view all around.
There are two side doors for access to the side and foredeck. To starboard and forward is the companionway down to the staterooms, with the master aft with an island queen berth, and ensuite head with shower stall, also there are two cedar lined closets and plenty of drawer space throughout. A washer and dryer sit in a separate closet and a Sony Wega 24" TV connected to satellite. The guest stateroom is forward to port and has twin bunks and a closet with drawers. Across the hallway is the guest/day head with shower and vanity.
The VIP stateroom is forward and has an island berth and cedar-lined closet and a Sony flat screen TV. All heads have Vacu-Flush toilets and polished Corian counters.
The flybridge has two helm seats and U-shaped seating for eight, with a table, storage lockers, and a bar fridge and sink with teak deck decking.
