This 2018 Steel Yacht arrived at our docks, Recent Engine and Generator Service it is very well equipped with many optional items. This Seahorse Marine COOT 38'11" is their smallest yacht. It is designed for serious river, coastal and in-season ocean passages Or do the Great Loop. Easy to handle, to berth, to maintain and on the pocket book. Heavy steel hull construction With Fresh Bottom Paint, plus commercial hatches, ports and sea doors, makes her probably the world's most seaworthy yacht under 40 feet. While they do not sell the COOT as a serious ocean passage maker, one did make a nine day non-stop passage from Hong Kong to Singapore sailing through two storms.
It is 38 feet long, has a New Custom island queen sized bed in the owner's stateroom, head with separate shower, plus an expanded cockpit. Unlike most fiberglass character tugs and small cruisers she is extremely seaworthiness (she is build like a little ship with a full displacement hull), has a 1500 mile range and uses less then 2 gallons per hour at long range cruising speeds. Besides the Bay and Delta, the, COOT 38 adds Mexico and Alaska to your cruising possibilities.
