To sail on VAIVAI is to love her! Gunboat 57 VAIVAI has been re-engineered from the original 55 series and custom-built for fast, safe, owner-operator cruising, with an unprecedented level of quality and detail that you notice immediately on board. The owner's attention to every aspect only magnified the platform's elegance, simplicity, reliability, and enjoyment.
Whether sipping wine with friends on a sunset harbor cruise or powered up and flying a hull over the finish line, VaiVai's lightweight all-carbon build and state-of-the-art sailing systems make her a dream to sail. Translated from Italian to "GoGo" - this boat represents the gold standard of high-performance sailing without sacrificing cruising comfort and style. Full wraparound windows in the main salon afford incredible 360-degree visibility, with an aft enclosure that can be rolled up or removed completely for an indoor/outdoor feel.
Sailing becomes effortless when everything is at your fingertips. From the central helm and navigation center, you can self-tack the jib with a turn of the wheel and control all lines, halyards, and furlers at an arm's reach. An over-sized retractable moonroof above the helm allows a clear view of your sails and large step-through sliding windows forward gives you access to the bow area and gives that "wind in your hair" sensation that all sailors know and love.
The state of the art interior is elegant in its sleek simplicity. Lightweight carbon fiber tables and counters are offset by clean white surfaces and muted fabrics create the feeling of peace and serenity. Two spacious and air-conditioned VIP staterooms are located in each hull, each boasting queen-sized beds with spectacular views from long wide topside windows. Ensuite heads are located forward giving each cabin the feel of maximum space and privacy.
The five-star galley is located just down the companionway in the port aft hull. Preparing meals is a pleasure with beautiful views out the topside windows and ample counter, sink, and storage space. State-of-the-art appliances abound, with a Miele 4-burner cooktop, Miele oven and Vitrifrigo stainless steel stacking refrigerator and fridge/freezer drawer units. Should work combine with pleasure while you are out on a pleasure cruise, the air-conditioned owner's office/pilot's berth with a large carbon fiber desk is located in the starboard aft hull. This office easily converts to an extra crew berth with plenty of extra storage and a Miele washing machine.
She's perfect for the thrill-seeker looking for performance sailing or a savvy cruiser with an eye for the finer things in life who enjoys sailing in speed, comfort, and style.
