Board the vessel on the swim platform then stairs either side lead up to the Cal-deck equipped with 8' curved settee and teak table. A roomy curved stairway leads up to the bridge. Roomy side decks lead forward from the Cal-deck to the bow where there's a large sun pad and access to the anchor locker and 3500# Maxwell windlass.
Forward of the Cal-deck a curved stainless steel sliding door leads to the salon. There is an 11' long sofa to port and coordinated club chairs to starboard. There is an electric high/low, high gloss cherry table for cocktails or dining. There is a 42" plasma screen TV to starboard that raises electrically behind the club chairs to provide maximum viewing from the large settee, port. There is a full compliment of surround sound stereo equipment including DVD/CD changer, AM/FM tuner and VCR. There are 5 speakers in the salon plus a sub-woofer. There are speakers on the flying bridge, aft deck and in each of the three staterooms.
Forward of the main salon is the roomy gourmet galley to port with granite counters, full size GE stainless steel appliances and lots of storage. The large stainless steel refer is across from the galley and features a large freezer with ice-maker under the refer. Forward of the refer, starboard is the 8' long curved dinette upholstered in Navy leather and featuring another high gloss cherry table. The lower helm, which has a Stidd captains chair, is further forward and features a full compliment of Furuno and Simrad electronics.
There is an aircraft style door to port of the helm and forward of the galley. There are also stairs, port, leading down to the staterooms. The queen size master is aft under the pilothouse and has it's own head with Vacu-flush commode, marble vanity and large separate stall shower. There is over 9' of hanging locker storage in the master with Sojhi screens for light and privacy. The master has it's own CD player with AM/FM tuner and speakers as well as digital clock.
Forward of the master is the twin bed guest with it's own CD/AM/FM tuner just like the master, VIP and flying bridge. In all there are 5 separate stereo systems aboard. This twin guest is adult sized so the yacht can cruise with 3 adult couples nicely. All the way forward is the VIP with centerline queen berth. All staterooms have at least 2 opening portlights for plenty of ventilation if you're not using the central Air Conditioning. The huge flying bridge is accessed from the Cal-deak by a nice curved stairway. The bridge features factory hard-top and complete canvas and lexan enclosure as well as indoor/outdoor carpet. There is seating on the bridge for 15 as well as a double BBQ with downdraft ventilation. Aft is the Zodiac 380 tender with the Honda 40hp outboard new in 2011 and 1000# Steelhead davit system.
On the 62 Horizon most systems are redundant 24V DC and 110/220V AC. Engine room lights are 24V DC and 110V AC. Water pumps are the same. Engine room blowers (4) are, again, 24V DC and 220V AC.
There are teak decks aft, stairs down and up from the Cal-deck, and teak side decks. The aft Cal-deck is great for outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining. The bridge deck also has a nice table for covered dining with a sky-view. The BBQ on the bridge features a Jenn-aire style down draft for smoke evacuation. The bow has a large sun pad big enough for 2 or 3 and has a small settee, just right for 2, forward.
