This is a fantastic Fairline Corniche 31 Flybridge motor yacht built in 1991 but not commissioned until 1992. She has obviously been extremely well cared for by her current owner and is presented in good condition. Twin Volvo Penta 41B 200 HP turbo diesel that gives a cruising speed of some 24 knots and a maximum speed of 26 knots. She sleeps six people in three cabins and is fitted with diesel cabin heating and air-conditioning. She has a bridge clearance with the radar arch down of 10ft 6 inches. She has just been re-launched following being antifouled, anodes changed, hull polished August 2020 Leg and engine serviced February 2020. A 2016 Survey report available on request.

Two double berths and two single berths, in the forward cabin, mid-ships cabin and saloon. Good headroom throughout (approx. 6ft 6in maximum). Forward cabin with offset double berth, locker and shelving.
Aft to galley: The galley has a 2-burner hob gas cooker with grill and oven. microwave plus one and a half sinks and plenty of storage. There is a front-loading fridge Hot and cold pressurised freshwater system throughout heated via engine calorifier and immersion heater. Opposite the galley:
Mid-ships cabin: The midships cabin has two single bunk berths with hanging locker and good storage space.
Heads compartment: Aft of the galley the heads compartment has a marine toilet, basin and shower.
Upstairs to the saloon: On the starboard side of the saloon is a generous settee that extends out to make a very comfortable double berth (excellent mattress!). The interior helm position is to port with all engine, navigation and 12/240V systems plus a great helm seat. Aft of the helm seat is storage and access to the double "patio" type doors to the aft deck. This motorboat is fitted with Eberspacher diesel cabin heating and air-conditioning. he upholstery is cream leather throughout. It is fitted with both a Stereo/CD player and TV. The saloon settee converts to a double berth.
Aft deck: Has U shaped seats. The whole area is enclosed with a full canopy for the inclement weather. Large stowage below the saloon floor. Steel/teak ladder to the Flybridge.
Flybridge: This has all engine controls and navigation equipment repeated from below. Double helm seat with L shaped passenger seating behind.
Located under cockpit sole in vented and soundproofed engine room. Twin 1991 Volvo Penta 41B marine diesel engines turbocharged. 200HP each. Six-cylinder. Fresh water-cooled. Sterndrives to aluminium 4 bladed duo props. The engines give a cruising speed of some 24 knots with a maximum speed of 26 knots (dependant on loadings and fouling). Engine hours as at 1st August 2020 1149. Trim tabs. Last out of water service in February 2020. Through tunnel bowthruster. A stern thruster is available, but not fitted currently.
The stern drives have been locked in the down position to avoid interference with the stern thruster when fitted. The decision has been taken to leave them in the locked-down position as the owner drives the boat from the flybridge where there are no trim controls for the stern drives. The owner has found that the trim tabs provide sufficient balancing to enable the vessel to preform to its maximum capability.
Four 12V batteries in three banks charging via engine alternators and 240V shore power with ring main and battery charger. Immersion heater for hot water.
