THENDARA represents the ultimate in civilised cruising, with a level of ease rarely found on board a classic yacht.
THENDARA's story begins in 1936, when Sir Arthur Young, commissioned the legendary Alfred Mylne to design her. Built and launched by Alexander Stephen & Sons, she was an immediate success on the racing circuit. Following Sir Arthur Young’s death, THENDARA moved to the Mediterranean region. Little was known of her until, in 1993, a new owner had her fully refitted in Southampton.
On board features include a main salon complete with a formal dining area. Mahogany panelling mixes with charming original Edwardian styling. Three elegant en-suite cabins accommodate up to six guests in true comfort and style, including two doubles and a twin. THENDARA can also accommodate up to seven crew members in three cabins, including the Captain’s Cabin.
