A distinctive boat with her fully integrated hardtop/windshield, the Everglades 295 Center Console (called the 290 Center Console in 2005–10) hits all the right buttons with serious anglers. In the world of offshore fishing boats, Everglades ranks near the top when it comes to engineering and performance. The company’s proprietary RAMCAP construction process insures that all Everglades boats are unsinkable. Designed with space for family and friends, there are seats at the stern, helm, and forward of the console. The combined T-top/console—with its wraparound windshield— offers outstanding helm protection in all kinds of weather. Standard features include a deluxe leaning post/helm seat with 66-gallon circulating livewell, large console compartment with marine head, sink and shower, lockable rod storage, two insulated fish boxes, slide-out cooler, tackle lockers (2), toe rails, fresh and raw water washdowns, and a foldaway transom seat. There are four rod holders in the gunwales, six in the transom, and six more across the back of the hardtop. Note the powder-coated bow rails.
With an enclosable fiberglass pilothouse, Everglades' 295 Pilot is the ideal boat for all-weather cruising. Featuring a hydraulic sliding windshield, a gas shock-assisted rear-opening window, and two removable sliding fiberglass doors, the cockpit was designed to be completely sealed off from the elements. Add the optional diesel heater and 12 V air conditioner and you can cruise in climate-controlled comfort year-round. When weather permits, you can remove the doors completely and enjoy the feel of an open center console.
Captain and crew will appreciate the ergonomically designed helm and workstation with fully finished storage compartments, a 15 amp power port, and an over-sized dash that can fit all your electronics. For your comfort and convenience there is a sink, shower, and china bowl head with macerator and holding tank, all standard. Plush seating is plentiful in the bow, stern, and forward of the console. Add the optional adjustable height bow table with filler cushions to convert the bow area into a sun pad. For fishing, there are 23 stainless steel rod holders spread throughout the gunwales, transom, and hardtop, plus kingfish rod holders in the hardtop.
