"Cat and the Fiddle” is a prime example of a “better than new” yacht that is turn-key, ready to sail anywhere in the world… tomorrow.  All the debugging and warranty work has been completed and an additional $507,400 + of improvements.   Rare and sought after 4 cabin, galley down layout that is excellently equipped.  All the comforts and amenities of a well appointed home.  Air conditioning in all interior living spaces, generator for comfort underway, full electronics including satellite phone and broadband internet, dive gear and dive compressor .  Professionally maintained and serviced by factory authorized agents.   The galley down port aft allows for a saloon of colossal size, comfortably seating 12+ for lounging or meals.  The large cockpit table seats 8-10 comfortably for taking meals in favorable weather.  Severing the cockpit or saloon from the galley is seamless through the aft exterior doors or the companionway steps forward.   The office/lounge starboard aft is one of those luxuries not often found on a yacht of this size.  It is easily convertible into an additional cabin should more quests show up.   I spent several days onboard the Lagoon 620 last month, sailing over 600 miles in the Caribbean, and can tell you she sails very nicely.  We averaged 9-12 knots depending on weather conditions.  The twin 150 HP upgraded engines make sure you have the power to make 10 knots when the wind is down.   She has had very light use and therefore the boat presents like a new boat. She is a family not a charter boat. The family enjoyed a wonderful few weeks in the Mediterranean sailing before she  sailed across the Atlantic where the Caribbean based family enjoyed cruising around the islands for 2 seasons.  After less than 18 months use the boat was moved to Fort Lauderdale to be sold as the owners decided to commission a new larger cat.   The owner has made a number of practical and essential modifications to the yacht. The most important being the addition of a complete second anchoring system, restrengthening the P brackets, re-bedding all the windows, adding satellite communication equipment for weather forecasts, telephone and emails, upgrading to the larger engines, fitting beefed up custom hydraulic roller reefing for the genoa and jib. He also opted for the hydraulic dingy lifting platform meaning anyone can lift the dingy single handed while sitting in it!   Priced below market value, the owner is anxious to move up to a larger yacht.
