FRANK EDMUND is a spectacular custom built gaff rigged schooner that was designed by William Davidson and built by Leland Parsons.
Parsons is a shipwright who began his lifetime of shipbuilding in the Rocky Neck Shipyard in Gloucester Mass. Parsons laid the keels for two identical hulls in 1984 and he completed the Frank Edmund in 2005. A lifetime of shipbuilding experience and his extraordinary attention to detail has created a custom schooner that is unique in every respect. The quality of the workmanship is evident throughout the yacht.
A hydraulic drive system and 25 hp hydraulic bow and stern thrusters make operating the FRANK EDMUND easy and efficient. Docking her is as simple as backing her down. Four watertight compartments are incorporated with collision doors.
The interior fit and finish aboard FRANK EDMUND is crafted to exceptionally high standards. A level of quality found only on the world's finest yachts is evident throughout her. All teak was hand selected for bulkheads, cabinetry and trim from the forward passageway through the main salon to the dinette, galley and aft cabin. All soles throughout the yacht are teak & holly. Coordinated upholstery, custom wall coverings and tasteful lighting combine to create a climate of warmth and refinement. Beautiful bronze opening ports and traditional butterfly hatches provide light and ventilation. Interior photos taken aboard the FRANK EDMUND would be a desirable addition to any coffee-table book on classic yacht interiors.
FRANK EDMUND is simply a must see yacht. Delivery to anywhere in the world can be negotiated. Seller will consider finance options for qualified buyers.
