Manufacturer Provided Description
The CoolCat 26' is definitely a boat for people who like to sail fast.
The Coolcat 26' was conceived and designed to fulfil the dreams of those that appreciate the speed and stability of multihull sailing with the comforts that is usually reserved for more traditional monohull craft. Available in Cruising and Racing versions the Coolcat 26' is moulded in a single section to prevent the problem of breaks between hulls occurring.
Hand-built to the same exacting standards as the classic boats in the range, this extreme craft proves that traditional yacht building can combine successfully with hi-tech innovation and cutting edge design to produce the most exciting yacht of her class. Easily capable of 16-20 knots the Coolcat 26' is a tearaway of a boat and about as much fun as it's possible to have with your clothes on! There is also plenty of scope to alter the keel arrangement and reduce the rig to allow her to be used as fleet beach catamaran for charter use.
