Thank you so much to all the boating enthusiasts that visited "Mixed Nutz" at the San Pedro Boat Show.  I handed out over 200 flyer on this prime 48 Navigator 2-Cabin version and spoke with as many people.  If you are yachtshopping and would like an unbiased approach to sorting through all the different designs, engines and price points...you have come to the right place.  If not this boat...we'll find you the right boat.  That's our promise to you!

This Home Town Classic 48 Pilothouse has the Right Stuff.  Built in the USA in Southern California, this Yacht is an Efficient Design with a Smart Layout that will provide you with a Very Comfortable Double Master Stateroom with Ensuite Heads, each with their own stall shower.  This is an impressive Home-Away-From-Home...whether you are at the dock, on a mooring, on the hook or cruising from port to port.

There's Nothing Like a Pilothouse for Ease of Operation.  The Interior Connection From the Pilothouse Level to the Flying Bridge provides a Convenient and Safe Interaction between higher-level visibility in close quarters and a Warm & Dry Lower Helm to run in blustery weather or at night.

This Boat Entertains Extremely Well with a Very Safe Format. The Circulation Pattern starting at the Easy Boarding Access from the Swim Step to the Cockpit (Rear Deck) to the Salon/Galley "Great Room" to the Pilothouse Helm Level that leads to the Foredeck and the Flying Bridge just Can't Be Duplicated with Other Boat Designs.  If there's a Mobility Issue with an owner, friend or family...this is the Design that Provides the Best Possible Solution.

Not too Big and Not Too Little. There's a point where a bigger boat will be a challenge to single handle.  Often harbors and marinas have too few guest slips and/or moorings available for the bigger breeds.  The 48 Classic Has It All in a Very Manageable Package, especially when addressing piloting and parking. Here's a nicely detailed 48' vessel that provides 2 large master staterooms with all the same functional features you'll find in a 56 or 57 Navigator Rival* or other Builder Designs.

Efficient Engines & a 15 Degree Deadrise Make Sense. Saving On The Fuel Bill is a Consideration but you also want a Stable Ride.  The 15 Degree Deadrise is the Navigator Standard, even on the bigger lines (56 PH & 57 Rival PH).  A Typical Trawler Hull is Flat Bottomed.  While a Flat Bottom Reduces Fuel Consumption, it correspondingly increases the amount of roll.  After being thrown from side to side, you may conclude that the Rolling Pain is Not Worth the Gain. The 318 HP Volvos provides you with enough power to outrun a trawler (8 knots being typical trawler speed) but a moderate enough displacement that you can run at more frugal speeds when time & distance are not critical. Navigator put together the Right Balance of Power, Efficiency and Comfort and having the Speed Option is a Good Thing when you need to get there on time.

There's Nothing More to Do Other Than Add Water and You! The Equipment Details are Included under Full Specifcations.  Rest assured, there's Everything You will Need to Run & Rest Safely and Efficiently from Bow Thruster to Radar/GPS to Autopilot to Engine Synchronizer to VHF to Controls (Up & Down) to Washer/Dryer to Fully Functioning Galley to Marine Heat & Air to Generator to Inverter to Built-in BBQ to Vac-u-Flush Heads to Completely Enclosed Bridge with New Glazing to Center Console Tender & Outboard  and a Rugged Brower Davit and Craddle on the Bridge.

If You are Going to Buy...Buy the Well-Managed Boat.  We see 4 Important Factors that should be in Balance when you Seriously Consider a Purchase. They are Condition, Presentation, Equipment & Price.  "Boats on the Market for Too Long...Have Something Definitely Wrong."  We appreciate an owner that ACTUALLY takes Pride in Ownership and Spends the Time & Money to Properly Maintain and Manage the  Yacht.  Often, that is the Exception and Not the Rule. This one is a example of a boat to put on your "must see" list.

Most Recent Upgrades Include Blue Underwater LED Lights, New Isinglass, Refurbished Bow Thruster & New Thruster Props, New Dripless Shaft Seals and the recent Engines and Water Maker Service.

We take the time to listen and do the work to provide you the best options.

Our Approach is Consistent.  We want to find you the right boat at the right price.  If you like this 48 Navigator Pilothouse as a possibility, we will review ALL the inventory and present you with the equipment and condition variables relating to similar designs, prices and comparative values.  That arms you with the information to make the right choice and to understand our recommendations. We might very well have the nicest available in this price range.

Our Outstanding Letters of Recommendation will Convince You.  Please check out our website: YACHTSHOPPING.COM

Excerpts from a Letters of Recommendation:

"It was over a year before we found the perfect boat to replace the one Art sold."

"Never, during the entire process did Art ever push us into buying a boat.  He was so concerned that we find the boat that was right for us that he sent a 2-page review of a boat we thought we might want, explaining in detail why the boat was not the one to purchase and recommended that we should keep on looking.  I'm so glad that we took his advice."

"If you are looking for a broker who knows boats and will do the work to get you into or out of a boat with your best interest in mind, that would be Art Burnevik with Pacific Yacht Broker, Inc."  -Dr. Grochowski (On Web Site)

Another:  "He worked with me for several months with patience and respect for my time. He qualified my needs and desires without pushing his own agenda. I ended up buying a boat sight unseen from British Columbia with his recommendation. There was a ton of trust put in him and he came through magnificently. He even helped navigate the vessel over 1000 miles to its new home in Newport Beach. The value of the vessel he scoured the country for far exceeded the cost to obtain it. I could not be any happier with the decision to trust in him. I am in love with my new boat and he made it happen."  -Pat Lustig, Managing Partner South Coast Lexus. (On Web Site)

Another: "I wanted to express my sincere thanks for ALL the time and work you dedicated to finding and closing the deal on my newly purchased 2000 Hunter 460 sailboat. I have been shopping for a sailboat for a couple of years and called several brokers inquiring about their listings. All of them took my name and number, and none ever called me back. I was shocked when my first call to you was nearly an hour long conversation about what I was looking for and what type of sailing I planned to do. You had some suggestions and very good explanations of what I should consider. Your knowledge and experience with boating and brokering was comforting."  -Captain Terry Dochnahl,  Retired Jumbo Jet Pilot & Currently Police Helicopter Pilot (On Web Site)
