HELLO DOLLY VII is a stock built 106-foot Westship motor yacht built by the Westport Shipyard. She has since been modified during a recent refit converting her from a raised pilothouse to a tri-deck motoryacht. With nearly 2,900 square feet of interior space, often found in a motoryacht of 120’, she has quite possibly the highest volume for any 105-110' yacht on the market today.
In order to convert her from a raised pilothouse to a tri-deck motoryacht, the top deck raised pilothouse section was removed and in its place a pilot house and sky lounge with an open fly bridge and hardtop were added. This work was done by Roscioli with naval architecture and design by Murray and Associates. This allowed the addition of a larger utility and laundry room underneath the wheel house with a small crew cabin.
Additional updates include: raising the fore deck bulwarks approximately 1 foot, painting the entire exterior from the boot stripe up including fairing of the top deck conversion, the pilot house sky lounge interior woodwork and furnishing by Roscioli, a SEAKEEPER gyro stabilizer system was added for anchor stabilization in the crew area eliminating the crew lounge, added (2) 900-gallon per day water makers, all new galley appliances, conducted a W5 on both main engines (current hours approximately 7,568 original hours), conducted a top end rebuilt on both generators, upgraded the hydraulic stabilizer head control, all new navigation electronics, all new exterior canvas cushions and coverings, all new exterior refrigerators, ice machines, and (2) electric grills.

There are marble foyers port and starboard mid ship. In the starboard side foyer inboard is a double door in to a laundry room with small cabin. Opposite the double door is a dogged and gasketed side deck door to the starboard side deck. Aft is a day head with marble counter top vanity, sink, and toilet.
The port side marble foyer has a side deck door, stairs up to the wheelhouse, and a curved stairway forward down to the master and guest area. Inboard aft is a second entrance into the laundry area with small cabin.
