Lolalita is a gorgeous, Mercedes quality Privilege catamaran built by Alliaura Marine in France to Bureau Veritas standards. She is owned and operated by a professional captain and crew who have invested in her heavily over the past several years.
Far too often when people are investigating the purchase of a large catamaran they fail to fully account for what it really costs to refit, sustain and keep a catamaran of this size in top flight condition. Lolalita stands apart from the others for this very reason - she is a fully refitted yacht that is operating in crewed charter and therefore must always remain in perfect working order. A yachts reputation is everything in the charter business, and Lolalita has earned hers with flying colors.
Lolalita may be purchased outright and removed from charter (but only if any charters on the books are fully honored by her new owner), or she may be bought and taken over to resume luxury crewed charter. She has been a strong earner now for the past several years and will continue to do so provided she has a top flight crew
Lolalita is ideal for anyone who wants to continue to operate her in crewed charter, or a superb boat for a family to do a world voyage, or ideal for expeditionary adventures because - as everyone knows - these catamarans are built stout, to a level of quality that cannot be matched by the large volume production builders. Take her to the far North or the far South and this yacht will stand up to the rigors of the worst you can toss at her.
Examine her extensive inventory, her unbelievable refit history, and you will quickly see that Lolalita is at the top of the pack for anyone looking for a catamaran of this size under 1 million dollars. Just call or ask us for details you may need and we will respond quickly.

OWNER COMMENTS/REFIT HISTORY
Built in 1996 by Privilege Yachts of Les Sables D’Olonnes, France, Lolalita was originally named “Pascha Cat.” After changing ownership in 2007, she was refitted and renamed “True North.” During her refit, she was equipped with a carbon fiber boom and carbon fiber swiveling mast in order to perfect her ability to harness the wind during upwind tacks; as well as a complete hydraulics control system that operates all winches as well as sail furlers and the tender hoist.
In 2012, she was purchased by American husband-wife team, Megan and Ernest Schlobohm, at which time she was again refitted and renamed, “Lolalita.” Since the boats purchase she has been completely repowered (main engines as well as one of the two onboard generators); professionally sprayed with AwlGrip Whisper Gray Epoxy Paint; equipped with a professional-grade dive compressor, enabling swift tank fills for unlimited scuba diving from Lolalita’s spacious dive platform; amongst a myriad of other upgrades.
Lolalita charters is currently a fully operational Padi/Naui dive training facility; a full service hotel with new linens/vanity hardware; and a fine dining restaurant that has consistently performed an average of 24 successful term charters per season since her start in 2012.
Lolalita Charters has a 100% charter start/completion record - no breakdowns thanks to newer equipment and a very strict maintenance program, and therefore proven herself to be capable of performing for extended periods.
Lolalita is known for her extensive creature comforts. She has two large bow nets on the foredeck with four oversized beanbags; multiple layout pads throughout the entire deck; wide sugar scoops with heavy-duty dive ladder; and a open and comfortable cockpit area for dining, lounging, and relaxing. Many of her best features are due to her wide berth, a total of 35 feet.
Lolalita draws 5’9”, which enables her to enter and enjoy the best of all the anchorages, wherever she may find herself. Inside, you will find 4 luxuriously appointed guest suites: 3 suites with a queen-sized bed and one king-sized master suite. All guest suites have a sitting area; separate A/C controls; and private en-suite bathroom with vanity, electric freshwater head, and separate full-sized shower (not to be confused with a wet head). Lolalita’s salon features leather couches with hidden storage capable of housing hundreds of bottles of wine/liquors; dining table; coffee table; media center with large flat screen TV and surround sound; discreet navigation station; built-in wine racks; and a fully-stocked bar with ice machine and refrigerator.
Large sliding salon doors open up to the teak covered cockpit floor and cushioned seating area. Into the port hull you find a larger-than-expected service station equipped with a dishwasher and built in stainless steel sink.
Ample storage space is built in discreetly, and there is a full-size stand-up refrigerator and coffee/breakfast station, allowing gourmet plating for 10+. Walking forward you find a 5 burner stove; two commercial-grade stand-up freezers; Fisher and Paykel stainless steel oven with stainless steel hood vent; a Crisper “veggie” refrigerator (outboard) and another full-size stand-up fridge (inboard); and another larger built-in round stainless steel sink.
All appliances are tastefully covered with teak veneer paneling and outfitted with custom-made stainless hardware. Moving forward, past the galley and through a doorway, you enter the office area.
A desk across from two full length closets allows for storage of company operations equipment. Forward of the Office space is the Captain/Chef crew area, recently recovered in new headliner and a 32” tv/dvd installed.
Crew have a private head/shower and sink; separate a/c controls; and a queen-size custom mattress to make this a comfortable crew area, accessible from inside the vessel.
Moving aft of the food service area in the port hull, you find one of the 3 luxuriously appointed guest suites described above. Queen-sized bed; en-suite bathroom and separate shower (not a wet head), and settee area. In the starboard hull you will find a laundry area, equipped with a built-in ironing board as well as a washer and dryer.
There is also a full-length closet for ample storage of cleaning equipment, foul-weather gear, and table linen settings for up to 21 days of charter. Aft in this hull you find one of the 3 luxuriously appointed guest suites described above.
Forward in the starboard hull you find another of the 3 luxuriously appointed guest suites described above.
The Master cabin is accessed from the salon and features a king sized walk around bed as well as tv/dvd surround sound. The master cabin has 2 ac/handlers controlling room temperature with ease. There is also a full length mirror on the door as well as a mirror headboard.
Lolalita’s luxurious master cabin, with well-lit vanity, mirror, and sink;separate head with electric-flush freshwater head; full-size separate shower (not a wet head); and dual A/C controls.
Another two-crew space is accessed from the starboard forward deck, allowing either 4 crew, or the option of including the port forward crew cabin as a guest cabin for a higher charter price, moving captain to starboard forward crew space.
This crew space has two twin bunks outboard; separate A/C controls; private head/shower; and ample closet space for two crew as well as flat screen tv and dvd. We have decided to sell Lolalita because we are interested in settling down near family in the near future, in an effort to help take care of them in their time of need. We have had such a wonderful time on Lolalita and have met wonderful people along the way. Priceless memories have been made, and we feel, after 20 years in the industry, it is coming upon the time to move on.
