Owned by the current owner for the last 7 years, who is selling due to health reasons prior to this “Breeze” had one previous owner, the boat is fully documented. A pleasure to go aboard a very well presented yacht, viewing highly recommended you will not be disappointed.
The Bruce Roberts Spray 36 offers 6 berths in 2 cabins, with a good headroom of 6', forward cabin with double Vee berth with plenty of storage space, very light and airy with opening hatch in the coach roof, toilet to starboard with shower and vanity unit, Jabsco marine toilet. To starboard the fully equipped galley with stainless steel sink and drainer with mixer tap, Spinflo 4 burner gas hob with oven and grill, lots of crockery and cutlery included. To port the saloon table with seating for 5/6 people or a single berth and Electrolux RM4213 fridge.
To port aft double quarter berth with wardrobe and storage. Upholstery is blue corduroy, carpeted in the saloon and cabins, curtains throughout, all heated via an Eberspacher D4 diesel heater. Steps to larger wheelhouse with helm and chart table to starboard and wheelhouse table to port, with seating. Access to engine via the wheelhouse floor. Double doors to cockpit area with wheeled steering and plenty of seating area.
The Bruce Roberts Spray 36 is cutter rigged, with deck stepped aluminium mast by Sailspar. Stainless steel standing rigging replaced 2010/12, polyester running rigging. Slab reefing mainsail with stackpack 2010. Furling headsail by Sailspar (endless loop), staysail by Sailspar (endless loop).
The Bruce Roberts Spray 36 is powered by a 1996 Lister Petter Alpha LPW4 four cylinder 40hp inboard diesel engine with approximately 2662 hours, (last serviced spring 2015), giving an approximate cruising speed of 6knts, with fuel capacity of 356 litres this will give an approximate cruising range of 900nm. New gearbox and prop shaft fitted (2012). Also has a bowthruster fitted for added maneuverability.
5 x 12 volt batteries (4 x 120Ah new. 1 x 85Ah age unknown for bowthruser and windlass) charging from the engine alternator, wind generator (2012), 240 volt battery charger, 240 ring main installed, immersion heater installed. 1000 watt inverter also fitted. Galvanic isolator fitted 2012. New shower pump fitted.

The Bruce Roberts Spray 36 is of steel construction, the build of "Breeze" started 1992 and she was launched in 1996. Last out of the water in December 2014. In 2012 the exterior was shot blasted back to metal , re-epoxied and painted with 2 pack paint, the underwater section were copper coated, all new skin fittings and seacocks replaced in Marelon. Windows removed in 2012 and renovated by the manufacturer.
