In the water, fully commissioned, buffed, waxed...ready to go!
REFLEXION is a classic Sabreline "Fast Trawler" combining the space and livability of an aft cabin flybridge trawler design with surprising performance and sea-keeping ability. She's built to a very high standard by Sabre Yachts in Maine.
Very well cared for, REFLEXION has been regularly maintained and updated by her knowledgeable owners. Recent improvements include new cushions, soda blasted & barrier coated bottom, Bow Thruster, bridge canvas and much more...
Striking blue hull, teak interior including teak & holly sole, tastefully decorated, economical to operate and mechanically excellent - If condition, equipment and layout are everything, this is the boat to see.
This Sabre 36 Fast Trawler has been lovingly cared for by her current owners (3rd) who have made significant upgrades and improvements over the past few years. She's in water and fully commissioned - be cruising this weekend!
The Sabre 36 Fast Trawler is a unique - the modified V-hull design provides speeds approaching 20 knots yet she possesses all the comfort and convenience of a traditional 8 knot cruiser - all in a luxurious atmosphere.
Like every Sabre Yacht, quality of construction and materials is evident throughout the 36. Handcrafted from stem to stern by the dedicated craftsmen of Sabre Yachts in Maine who have earned a well deserved reputation for quality design, construction and customer support. As a result, Sabre continues to thrive in 2016 in this toughest and most competitive of industries.
Powered by twin diesels she'll motor quietly and with remarkable inefficiency at displacement speeds below 10 knots all day long but when it's time to get home or out of reach of an impending storm she'll power right up. The ride at speed is comfortable, soft, and dry thanks to the variable deadrise of the V-hull design and built-in spray deflection. A partial centerline skeg enhances low speed cruising through improved tracking.
The main salon provides a place for guest to congregate and socialize, fresh upholstery, teak and holly flooring, and plenty of natural lighting make this an inviting area. Having the galley in the salon means the cook is always part of the party - the galley is L-shaped and features a double, polished SS sink, a 3-burner propane stove, and a full sized 12/110v refrigerator/freezer. There are windows in three sides affording a terrific view in all directions. Sliding doors to port and starboard offer easy access to the wide walk-around side decks leading both fore and aft. The main salon can also serve as a sleeping cabin with a pull out berth to port. The dining table is adjustable high and low and easily moves making room for the double berth. A full helm station tucks into the starboard side next to the sliding door.
There are two private staterooms and heads on the 36. The aft stateroom offers live-aboard luxury fit for the captain. Plenty of storage, plush carpeting, and warm lighting make this an extremely inviting area. The aft head is spacious with a large counter, sink, and separate shower stall. The guest stateroom is forward with a v-berth and it's own private head.
The 36 has a spacious command bridge with pedestal chairs for captain and mate with bench seating for six. A table with fold down leaves makes dining on the bridge a delight. The helm console supplements the lower helm with duplicate instrumentation and controls with plenty of room for electronics. A deluxe canvas enclosure provides full protection from the elements or can be opened on all sides for full ventilation.
The decks are fully protected by a substantial stainless rail for easy and safe movement by the crew. This particular 36 has a PVC caprail rather than varnished teak so maintenance is kept to a minimum. The classic Dyer dinghy is stored in custom chocks on the aft deck and is easily launched using the aluminum boom. Access to the teak swim platform is through a hinged transom door.
REFLEXION has been lovingly cared for by her current owners and it shows - but it's time to move on. Come take a look - you won't be dissapointed!
