Price just reduced. This aggressively priced, well-kept classic is ready to cruise and live aboard. The major mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the tanks, have been professionally maintained and are in excellent working condition. IRISH LASS has the popular galley down, two stateroom, two head layout, each with a stall shower, and a utility area with a stacked washer and dryer. Importantly, IRISH LASS has the wider side decks of the later model Grand Banks 46s. During the 17 years of ownership, these second owners have annually serviced and upgraded systems. During the past 3 years alone, for example, they have added a new Garmin HD radar/chartplotter, a new HD TV antenna, and a n ew stereo and speakers. IRISH LASS is one of the most photographed yachts in the Grand Banks fleet and has been featured in many brochures and magazine advertisements. Due to a change of plans, the owners have reluctantly, but firmly, put her on the market.
