Down below, Southerly is simply beautiful! The craftsmanship and joinery are exceptional.
Moving down the companionway, the fully functional galley is to port. The galley features a large refrigerator/freezer, a three burner propane stove and oven, double stainless steel sinks, a microwave oven and plenty of storage area for the long passages. Under the companionway stairs are the 2 large 4D house batteries, and access to the area under the cockpit.
To starboard is the double quarter-berth with ample storage and a privacy door. Moving forward to starboard is the nav-table and one of the cleanest, most professionally installed circuit breaker panels you'll ever see on a boat. The air conditioner has two air handlers and one compressor and keeps the boat cool in the hottest summer weather.
Moving forward to starboard is a quarterberth with velvet upholstery and storage behind. In the center of the 6'3" high salon is the beautifully crafted salon table that covers the engine. Easily removable panels allow quick access to 3 sides of the engine, or complete removal of the table allows totally unrestricted access to the engine. The table folds out to feed 6 comfortably, and there is ample storage under the wrap-around L-seating. Book shelves line both sides of the salon.
Moving forward is the pullman queen berth, with huge storage areas under the bed and in the double hanging lockers and drawers along the starboard side. The head is in the bow and is oversized with the head, shower, vanity and storage areas. The anchor locker is easily accessed from the head.

The large, safe cockpit is comfortable for 4 people, with wide seats, angled coamings, and full cockpit cushions. The cockpit has several large lazerettes plus a compartment for the propane tank. The oversized, teak lined wheel make steering a breeze. All lines, halyards and sheets are led to the cockpit, and the primary winches are located far enough aft that the boat can be easily single-handed. The mainsheet and traveler are located on the coachroof, opening up the cockpit. The large side decks make access forward very easy, and the foredeck is wide and open. The bow roller accommodates the large CQR anchor and there is a manual windlass installed just aft of the anchor roller.
