Endeavour Yachts was a Florida-based builder of high-end cruising sailboats. Their yachts, highly regarded back East, are hard to find on the West coast and this particular example was just detailed and shows very nicely.
A center-cockpit sloop, she's real spacious below (most notably the main salon and master stateroon aft), finely finished in teak throughout with 6'4 headroom and offers all amenities necessary for comfortably cruising or living aboard.
Note new cushions and curtains 2012, electronics updated in 2000 (includes integrated Raytheon 24 mile radar/chartplotter and Autohelm knotmeter/knotlog/depth sounder, wind speed/direction indicator (2014)). Sails in great shape, note Harken Battcar system, lazyjacks and new rigging installed when keel-stepped mast pulled and reworked in 2000, through-hulls replaced at that time as well, new exhaust elbow 2003. Substantial dodger with dark blue canvas in fine shape (as is the rest of the canvas, much of which was renewed in 2013), brightwork bristol as well. 50 hp Perkins diesel with just over 2,000 hours just serviced in late 2015 and runs like a top, boat last hauled and bottom painted November 2015.
Also note that she's lying in a potentially transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor downtown slip, there's a long wait to get into the marina here so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage...
Guest stateroom forward with large V berth wit insert and private access to head, next aft is salon with settees port and starboard, dropleaf table centerline and access to head on starboard. Continuing aft is full galley port side, centerline companionway up to cockpit, nav table starboard. Aft of nav table is companionway leading to master stateroom aft, master has queen size bunk lying athwartship and private head.
Note teak joinery, 6'4" headroom and very beamy, interior shows practically as new. Both staterooms have custom innerspring mattresses.
Three burner propane stove with oven, Goldstar microwave oven, twin stainless steel deep sinks with hot/cold pressure water system, Adler-Barbour refrigerator/freezer. Raritan manual pump toilets in both heads.

JVC AM/FM/CD stereo with speakers below and in cockpit.
110V AC / 12V DC. Thirty amp shorepower service, twenty amp smart battey charger (2003), six golf cart batteries in two groups with parallel switch.
Aluminum mast with 1x19 stainless steel standing rigging (redone in May 2000), QuickVang rigid boomvang, Doyle full-batten main with three reefs, lazy jacks and Harken Battcars, aluminum boom with mainsheet and traveler aft of the cockpit.135% furling genoa, Yankee cut jibsail. Two Lewmar #44 self tailing winches, single Lewmar #30 self tailing winch, single Lewmar #24 winch, lines lead aft thru four Spinlock rope clitches.
Heavily laid up FRP hull with modified full keel and semi-skeg rudder and newly repainted nonskid inserts on cored deck, stainless steel stanchions with double lifelines, stainless steel folding swim ladder, stainless steel removable dingy davits, heavy duty offshore dodger with grab rails back and sides.
Four stainless steel mooring cleats, Lofrans electric windlass, Bruce 33# anchor with chain & line rode.
