Possibly the best example of the popular Miss Silver class of Motor Sailor built by James Silver of Rosneath, Scotland. Melissa was extensively refitted in 2003-5 by the Ocean Yacht Company in Cornwall to a very high standard. She is a genuine head turner and the constant subject of admiring comments. A wonderful little ship, beautifully presented and full of the heritage that the "Silver" yard bestowed on all the vessels it built between 1910 to 1970. An absolute pleasure to view.
